Weekly challenges, habit coaching, and nutrition advice set you up for long-term success, while geeking out in the chat channel will build accountability alliances

Superpowers Sold Separately uses TrueCoach to deliver your workouts right to your phone, and allows you to track your progress and send questions directly to your coach.

Grab a protein shake and get ready to build lean muscle with Hulk Up! This targeted three-phase program is designed for maximum results with minimal wasted time.

Hero Workouts
Intermediate Plan

Power Up, Lean Out, and Hulk Up are available in two levels. Hero workouts are best for exercisers with a few months of workout experience.

Equipment: Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Trap Bar, and Cables or Machines

Due to gym closures related to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, I’m happy to work with you and help adapt to the equipment you have at home. A pair of dumbbells should be all you need.

Legend Workouts
Advanced Plan

Power Up, Lean Out, and Hulk Up are available in two levels. Legend workouts are best for exercisers with several months of workout experience. Legend workouts use barbells which will challenge core strength and stability more than the Hero workouts.

Equipment: Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Trap Bar, and Cables or Machines

Due to gym closures related to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, I’m happy to work with you and help adapt to the equipment you have at home.
