Goal Planning Session- Voice or Text via Skype, Google Hangouts, or Discord, we will discuss:
- Identify SMART Goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-Bound)
- Fitness History (What you’ve accomplished in the past, what kind of exercises you enjoy, etc.)
- Workout Schedule (How many days a week can you commit to working out? For how long each time?)
Monthly Workout Plan Delivered through the TrueCoach App, tailored to the goals and preferences you specified.
2 check ins per month via Skype, Google Hangout, or Discord to review how the week is going, answer any questions, and make any adjustments that need to be made.
