- Each phase of the program is 3 weeks long.
- Each week consists of 3 workouts. We recommend taking one rest day between each workout, with an additional rest day before starting the next week.
- Each phase is designed to be progressively more difficult. If you find the need to add an extra week before progressing to the next phase, you should.
- For added benefit, include 20 minutes of moderate cardiovascular activity on 3 of your rest days.
