  • New to fitness? Join the Sidekick Bootcamp! Combine total-body strength-training with heart-pumping cardio to build a solid foundation for your fitness future.
  • Ready to go higher, further, stronger? Get the Power Up* program. Train heavy and hard to push your lifts to new levels. It’s as close to Super Serum as you can get.
  • Grab a protein shake and get ready to build lean muscle with Hulk Up*! This targeted three-phase program is designed for maximum results with minimal wasted time.
  • Supersets for Superheroes. No need to grind on the elliptical, Lean Out* features back-to-back strength moves to keep your heart pumping and metabolism humming.

Does your fitness plan have an (*)?

Power Up, Lean Out, and Hulk Up are available in two levels. Hero workouts are best for exercisers with a few months of workout experience.

Legend workouts are best for exercisers with several months of workout experience. Legend workouts use barbells which will challenge core strength and stability more than the Hero workouts.
