ARCHETYPE: Speedster is designed to push your muscles to the max, through a combination of strength/plyometric workouts, tabata sessions, and a weekly test to keep track of your progress. Workouts are short and efficient, which means you have to use your mind to tap into giving it all you’ve got.

  • Speedster is a 9-week HIIT and plyometric training program which consists of 3 phases.

  • Each phase of the program is 3 weeks long.

  • Each week consists of 4 workouts: Upper Body Plyometrics, Tabata, Lower Body Plyometricks, and an AMRAP Test. (As Many Rounds/Reps as Possible.)

  • The workouts may not be long, however they are designed to be intense. So, prepare to give it your all.

  • Every phase uses the same AMRAP test. Aim to improve your score each week.
